FIRST CLAUSE – OBJECT
11.1. The collection, processing, transfer and use of Personal Information made available here will be controlled by “South System” or any of its affiliates or controlled companies, with “South System” being solely responsible for the collection, processing, transfer and use of the information personal data, in order to process your application for a job vacancy. Personal information is any information that identifies or can be used to identify you, such as, but not limited to, your civil name, e-mail address, physical address, education and employment history
SECOND CLAUSE – REASONS FOR COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE
2.1. Personal information provided will be used for: (i) application processing for the specific vacancy; (ii) application processing for other vacancies eventually opened at “South System”; (iii) registration maintenance for analysis of any other related vacancies that may be offered by “South System”.
THIRD CLAUSE – TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
3.1 “South System” is a company that, among other activities, is dedicated to the recruitment, selection of labor to other companies, which is why its personal information may be transferred to third parties, other legal entities, for the purposes of use and processing according to the provisions of the second clause mentioned above, as well as so that they can contact you about job opportunities.
3.2 In addition to the other legal entities mentioned above, “South System” may also, within its business operations, transfer its personal information to third-party service providers for purposes related to recruitment, selection and human resources. South System is committed to: (i) choosing service providers appropriately and (ii) ensuring that those service providers also adopt appropriate security measures to protect its personal information.
FOURTH CLAUSE – DATA SECURITY
4.1 In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13.709 / 18, we have all the security measures necessary to protect your personal information, especially against loss, improper use, improper access, disclosure, alteration and unauthorized destruction.
